tripadvisorAt this stage of information technology most travelers getting their needed information from the Internet and not from their local travel agent. Why? Putting it quite frankly, our local travel agent and his sources of information seem to be a drop in the ocean compared to the vast sources we have right at our fingertips through the internet. Here we can compare and decide without having to sustain peer pressure or pushy sales pitches of the travel sales man behind the desk. Now, the question comes up how reliable the information we can get from the Internet actually is? Right, it's a fair point looking at all the different rip offs which came in the past through the Internet and companies always classifying their own products as the best you could get. So, why not asking people who done it? Here we getting to the best source when we asking about unbiased quality levels of certain products.  Lets have a look at Tripadvisor, one web site which is specialized in hosting customer reviews within the world of traveling. Here you can find reviews like this:

"We were honeymooning on Ko Phangan and decided we wanted to explore the National Marine Park, Angthong and Island Cruises was the only company we found (after some extensive research) that offered more than just a day trip and who were prepared to take just the two of us at relatively short notice. If travelers are willing to share their Holiday experiences it is good for every one in the game. Potential customer get what they are looking for and quality companies getting rewarded with more clientele.

So here a fair congratulation to Island Cruises who obviously provided a higher level of quality and therefore satisfied their customer who are, thanks to them willing to share their satisfaction.

yes i agree that it is helpful because it is a kind of direct input of the experience of people who had been in a place or country reviewing and posting it. And most reviews bring emotional memories and express how they like it or not. Welll more or less it is good for preparing ourself before get on holiday.

Thanx for your input… Are you actually doing such research yourself before you go on your holidays?

And by the way, its a kind of interesting member photo you've got there. I guess it makes reading your forum post more difficult to read. Perhaps only to male forum members.
